Stoner’s Pasta, or stoner’s spaghetti, is a tasty cannabis edible meal that will not only get you high, but fill you up with a nutrition meal. It uses two cannabis infused ingredients; cannabis milk as well as canna-butter. If you have not already made these two ingredients, I highly recommend that you first visit our recipes about how to infuse both milk and butter with cannabis.

As you’ll see from those recipes, infusing ingredients with cannabis can be a bit time consuming. Once your canna-butter and cannabis milk are prepared, making stoner’s pasta itself takes no time at all! The whole meal only takes 35 minutes, with 20 minutes of active cooking.

Stoner’s Pasta Warning:

While cooking, keep in mind that THC can burn off when heated above 200 degrees F. Whenever an instruction directs you to use low heat, make sure you follow it. This is to prevent the THC from burning off your meal before it’s done cooking. If you burn this dish, not only will you have to eat a burnt dinner but you won’t even get high from it!

You will first want to cook your pasta, keeping it al dente so that it does not overcook when we add it into the pan. Next grease a pan with some of the canna-butter and cook the vegetables until the onion becomes translucent. Once the onions finish cooking, add the vegetables to the pasta.

Melt the rest of the butter on lower heat and add in the flower, followed by milk and mustard. Mix this sauce until everything has blended together, then increase the heat slightly, stirring continuously to keep it from burning. Once you are happy with the consistency of the sauce, add in the pasta/vegetable mixture. Continue heating for a couple minutes while keeping the heat very low. Your dish is ready! You can grate parmesan over the top and garnish with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spaghetti

  • 1 ½ cup cannabis milk

  • ½ a green, red, or yellow pepper - chopped

  • ½ an onion, chopped

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, diced

  • 3 tablespoons cannabis butter

  • approximately 4 tablespoons Unbleached flour

  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Parsley, sliced

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente, for about 7 minutes

  2. Cook the vegetables in a saucepan until the onion is transparent, using part of the cannabis butter.

  3. Carefully mix the vegetables with the pasta WITHOUT adding the cannabis butter. Instead, melt the remaining butter on lower heat and add flour.

  4. Add the cannabis milk and the mustard then mix until everything is blended.

  5. Increase the heat just a little bit and continue to stir to avoid burning the sauce.

  6. When the sauce is ready, add the pasta and continue heating for another couple of minutes over very low heat.

  7. Add cheese and condiments to taste!
