Weed Pulled Pork Sandwich

Add the wood chips in a bowl of water and soak for half an hour.
Season the pork with cannabis oil, salt and pepper.
Get the grill ready. Whether you are using a charcoal or a gas grill, leave at least one section of the drip pan on lower heat.
Add the wet wood chips in the smoking box of the gas grill or mix them with the coals.
Place the pork over the drip pan and grill it over low heat for 5 hours. When the meat is tender and fragile. One other way to tell is whether the bone comes off smoothly, without ruining the rest of the meat.
Let it cool for about half an hour and then remove the skin, bones and fatty parts.
Pull the pork with a fork or a knife and stir it in a cup of BBQ sauce.
