How to make Peanut Butter and Jam Grits?


  • ¼ cup coconut Cannabis Oil

  • ½ cup natural crunchy peanut butter (salted or unsalted)

  • ½ cup strawberry jam

  • 2 cups soya milk or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup grits

  • 2 tablespoon agave syrup

  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon


  1. Throw the the coconut cannabis oil, milk, water, half of the peanut butter, agave, and cinnamon into a medium sauce pan and blend until fully mixed.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, keeping a close eye on it. When it is about to boil, it will swell in no time and leave you with a bubbly mess over the stove!

  3. After successfully bringing the mixture to a boil, add the grits and turn down the heat. Continue cooking and stirring for 5 more minutes.

  4. After the grits begin to thicken, add the jam and the remaining peanut butter into the mix. Add it to a container of your choice and top it off with any fruit of your choice!
