Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Blend together the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add in the blended cream the spices, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Continue by combining the water, raisins, oats, and pecans and blend the mixture well.
Put the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Use a buttered cookie sheet. Make small ‘flattened balls’ with the dough and place them tidily on the sheet.
Bake for 10-20 minutes.
