Before baking the cookies, you may optionally sprinkle raw sugar on top. If you aren’t a raisins and pecans fan, you can use butterscotch morsels instead.

How to make Oatmeal Cookies?

Ingredients

  • 2 extra-large eggs

  • 3/4 cup cannabis butter

  • 2 cups raw sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon ground cloves

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

  2. Blend together the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla.

  3. Add in the blended cream the spices, flour, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Continue by combining the water, raisins, oats, and pecans and blend the mixture well.

  5. Put the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  6. Use a buttered cookie sheet.  Make small ‘flattened balls’ with the dough and place them tidily on the sheet.

  7. Bake for 10-20 minutes.
