Ingredients
1 cup oats or oat flour
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons canna-butter, melted
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
If necessary Water
Instructions
Melt the peanut butter, honey and cannabutter together using a microwave or a stove.
Whisk together the protein powder and the oats. Stir until they are mixed well. Add water if necessary.
Use parchment paper to press the protein bar mixture on a pan
Put in the refrigerator until they become firm.
Slice the mixture into bite sized chunks!
