For an extra kick, add some cannabis oil on top of the tzatziki when serving it. Tzatziki is an excellent dip for pita bread; give it a try at your next BBQ and enjoy!
How to make Ganjatziki?
Ingredients
2 tablespoons cannabis oil
16 ounces (450 grams) full-fat Greek yogurt
2 peeled and seeded cucumber
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Mix in a blender the cannabis oil, yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper (blend together all ingredients)
Put the mixture in a Tupperware with lid. Store in the refrigerator.
Let the tzatziki chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before enjoying it.
