Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
Use a nonstick cooking product to cover a 13×9 inch (33×23 cm) baking pan. Alternatively, use a buttered cookie sheet.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda.
Use the bowl of your food mixer to blend together cannabis butter and both types of sugar. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Combine in the mixture the eggs, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Continue mixing the ingredients until they blend together well.
Set your mixer at a lower speed and start adding gradually the flour, salt, and baking soda blend. Mix the ingredients until combined.
Add the chocolate chips. Stir to make sure they spread in the dough.
Cut round pieces from the dough and spread the cookies on the pan. If you lack the kitchen accessories, make small cookie dough balls and flatten them in the pan with a spatula.
Put in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes. You know they are ready when they get a beautiful golden brown color.
When ready, let the cookies cool before you serve.
