Cannabis Cream Cheese

Add the milk and the buttermilk into a large saucepan.
Add the cannabis into the mix and cook over medium heat. Stir frequently.
Keep heating the mixture for about 15 minutes between 170 and 175 degrees. Consult your thermometer because this is important.
At this point you can rinse the mixture through a cheesecloth to get rid of waste. This step is entirely optional.
At some point, the mixture should start to separate.
Get several layers of cheesecloth and strain it over a large bowl.
Pour the content of the saucepan through the mesh and into the bowl to collect the cheese curds.
Throw the leftover milk away or use it for other purposes.
Let the curds stand for about 4 hours in room temperature.
After that, place the cheese in a blender and mix until it becomes creamy.
