Canna Caramels

When the caramel is almost firm you can sprinkle granular sea salt on top, or take it to the next level by dipping the caramels in chocolate. You can also experiment by combining dried fruit with the caramels.

How to make Canna Caramels?


  • 1 cup Canna butter

  • 1 cup light corn syrup

  • 2 ¼ cups brown sugar

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • Dash of salt


  1. Melt your cannabis butter over medium heat.

  2. Combine the cannabis butter brown with sugar and salt.

  3. Mix until the ingredients blend well.

  4. Add light corn syrup and continue stirring.

  5. Continue mixing the ingredients and steadily whisk in milk.

  6. Cook the ingredients at medium temperature stirring constantly for about 10 – 15 minutes.

  7. When the candy starts becoming solid (at 245ºF / 150ºC) remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and stir.

  8. Spread the mixture into a pan (preferably a 13×9 inch / 33×23 cm pan).

  9. Let the candy cool, cut into pieces and serve or wrap.
