Preheat oven to 370ºF (190ºC).
Bake the potatoes for about an hour, until they are soft enough to be easily pinched with a fork (about an hour).
Remove from oven and let them cool down.
Slice the potatoes from top to bottom and form a pocket to place the stuffing by scooping the inside. Be careful not to ruin the potato!
Mix the potato flesh, sour cream, cannabis butter, salt and pepper together until they become smooth.
Stuff the mixture back inside the potato.
Bake for 10 minutes. The potatoes will be ready when the top turns into a nice golden brown color.
Add other toppings as desired.
